CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program runs 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

We expect a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred, or relevant work experience. The role is full-time, ~45 hours/week, with a pay range of $18.50–$28.67 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four-year degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Promotion to Store Manager depends on performance and openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team with clear communication.
• Provide customer care to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leaders during Learning Experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Be willing to transfer and accept promotions within the market.
• Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
