Your development is supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, helping you grow toward leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four year college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead a team, and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.
• Experience or interest in retail management and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Actively engage with leadership experiences to support you on your path to promotion.
• Promote CVS values and policies as a management team member.
