CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Massachusetts. This development-focused role prepares you for a Store Manager position through a 16‑week, self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands‑on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR, a Store Manager coach, and a Training Store Manager, while progressing toward leadership responsibilities in your market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership during the 16‑week program.
• Support the store as part of the management team while upholding CVS values.
• Lead colleagues in line with the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
