Job summary

The Regal Rexnord AMC Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) is a 24-month, accelerated development track designed to grow future operations leaders across manufacturing, supply chain and operational excellence.

Participants rotate through two assignments, gain hands-on experience, and receive formal training and mentorship to prepare for post-program placement opportunities within Regal Rexnord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be able to begin full-time by July 2027.
• GPA at least 3.0 during senior year.
• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact operational projects to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
