Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical or scientific field required.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Volunteer for challenging tasks beyond responsibilities and follow through to deliver results.
Support and implement process improvements and optimization in manufacturing and operational procedures.
Participate in leadership training and stretch experiences across departments.
Prepare deviation reports, change controls, validation protocols, SOPs and other documentation.
Learn and support technical troubleshooting within Engineering and Maintenance.
Work with cross‑departmental project teams to drive improvements and new initiatives.
Apply Lean concepts and basic statistics for data trending and problem solving.
Ensure compliance with drugs and medical device regulations (USP, ICH, FDA).
Complete a supervisory rotation focusing on safety, quality, compliance, and HR policies.
