The Timken Company invites recent graduates to join its Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a two-year path designed to expose you to manufacturing and support functions. Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated in academic or extracurricular activities, or during employment (e.g., clubs, projects, internships).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or business field. Minimum GPA 2.8 or above.
• Willingness to relocate to multiple U.S. locations during the program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six‑month assignments across Timken plants.
• Relocate to a second plant location for later assignments.
• Mentorship by senior operations leaders and structured professional development.
