Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks high-potential individuals for the two-year Operations Leadership Rotation Program (OLRP). Participants will rotate through four 6-month assignments across Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Mission Assurance, Scheduling & Material Planning, and Supply Chain Material Management to build broad cross-functional leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 6 years prior experience in operations or 2 years with graduate degree; in lieu of degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of operations functional areas to understand Operations in the MSL Sector.
• Engage as a team member and contribute to each Ops COE rotation.
• Lead strategic initiatives as opportunities arise and develop leadership skills.
