Job summary

Excelitas Technologies in Billerica, MA is launching an Operations Leadership Development Program for new graduates. This two-year, two-rotation program offers real ownership in operations and supply chain projects across North American sites, with mentorship and a structured curriculum.

You’ll rotate through roles such as OpEx Leader, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Materials Planner, gaining cross-functional experience and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; programs target new graduates
• Willing to relocate between NA manufacturing sites
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, internships, or work
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is preferred
• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 or FDA QSR environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver measurable results on operations and supply chain assignments tied to business objectives
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, planning, procurement, and site leadership
• Apply continuous improvement principles to reduce cost, cycle time, and waste
• Present rotation outcomes and recommendations to leadership and executives
