Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company invites applicants for its 2027 full-time or internship opportunities through the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). The program spans three years with rotations across operations, HR, strategy and analytics, including mentoring and a robust curriculum.

Ideal candidates have a 3.0+ GPA, at least one year of related experience, and a strong drive to lead, learn, and adapt in a collaborative environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or greater.
• 1 year of related experience (internships count).
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for actions and outcomes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi‑faceted rotation with an emphasis on operations, HR, strategy, and leadership development.
• Engage in mentoring, networking and career guidance activities.
• Support process analysis, Lean Six Sigma and project management tasks.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Contribute to technology and digital enablement projects.
• Prepare for field office rotations and potential relocation.
• Travel up to approximately 10% as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
