Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training. The program offers progressive training as you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager in a fast-growing quick service environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills to drive operations, training, customer service, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience; prior Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug screen.
• Possess valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and meet quality standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; store open/close responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promote Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of team members.
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer service; motivate staff.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
• Operate all equipment and manage stock from delivery to storage.
• Handle telephone orders and complete inventory paperwork.
