Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals to join our management path as General Managers in Training. You will participate in a progressive program while working in a fast-paced environment with the aim of advancing to a Restaurant General Manager role.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, excelling in the responsibilities listed, including operations leadership, team training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background and drug screen.
• Must meet image standards.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Standing or moving for up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality.
• Train Team Members and maintain high customer service.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per guidelines.
