Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant team. You will engage in a progressive training program aimed at promoting to a restaurant General Manager, leading operations with enthusiasm and strong communication.

The role emphasizes food safety, staff training, cost control, and delivering exceptional customer service while guiding the team to achieve 5 Star status in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines.
