Domino’s Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant teams. We offer a progressive training program while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with responsibilities including operations oversight, staff development, customer service excellence, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience (preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background and drug screen
• Must have valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving history and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and effective communication
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor and adjust accordingly
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Ensures proper training of Team Members
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service
• Motivate staff and lead by example
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines and directives
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
