Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training. This role offers a progressive training program toward a store General Manager, with a focus on fast-paced, high-standard operations in a busy quick-service environment.

The candidate should be experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated to excel in the responsibilities listed, including leading teams, ensuring food safety, and delivering top-tier customer service while managing costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and an insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and make judgments.
• Flexible schedule to open/close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service.
• Motivates staff and leads by example.
• Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other assets.
• Operate all equipment.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
