Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking ambitious individuals to join our management team as General Managers in Training. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

You’ll drive operations, monitor sales and costs, ensure food safety, train team members, uphold service standards, and lead by example.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, and make judgments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including opens/closes, some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets.
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
