Domino’s Murph is seeking individuals for General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant team. This progressive program aims to develop you into a Restaurant General Manager through hands-on leadership, training, and performance in a busy store environment.

The role focuses on managing operations, controlling costs, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional customer service while developing staff and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and analyze data.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand professionalism and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members and maintain high customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
