This progressive program trains you to run a Domino's store and develop leadership skills while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has management experience, is enthusiastic and self-motivated, and can lead teams.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience or more is preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screen and have valid driver license with driving history.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino's Pizza brand through professionalism and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
