The AMIT role focuses on talent development, policy compliance, and ensuring GOLD standards. It may also serve as Manager on Duty, with ServSafe and forklift qualifications often required depending on location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store/operations management.
• Strong drive for results and service mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and develop large teams across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership and oversee daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members across assigned departments.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and performance to drive results.
