Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to lead specified departments, set tone for the club, and drive performance. The role includes overseeing operations, providing leadership during shifts, and ensuring a positive member experience.

AMIT will work closely with the Club Manager, receive focused development, and may advance to a full Assistant Club Manager track in Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Safety Certification required and maintained.
• Forklift license certification may be required.
• Experience in retail or grocery operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and support to teams for success.

• Oversee club operations and member engagement during shifts as MOD.
