BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to lead designated departments, develop talent, and drive club performance. You’ll partner with the Club Manager to ensure policy execution, daily operations, and GOLD standards.

The role includes training, onboarding, and certification oversight. As MOD when required, you’ll supervise team engagement, enforce food safety and operational excellence, and support strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Experience leading teams and managing multiple departments.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work across merchandising, perishables, or member experience tracks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic department leadership for assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members; manage staffing and certification.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and ensure safe, compliant club operations.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and accurate product availability.
• Uphold member experience standards (GAA, GOLD) and high standards across all departments.
