BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to lead daily club operations and drive department performance. You will develop talent, coach teams, and ensure best-in-class member experiences through GOLD standards and proactive problem solving.

The role requires 4+ years in retail management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store/operations management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of inventory, labor, and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations across assigned departments with a focus on service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members for assigned departments.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink reduction through effective execution.
• Support audits, safety, and compliance across the club.
