Tower Loan offers a Manager Development Program designed to train Manager Trainees in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with hands-on experience for leadership roles in consumer finance. The program runs 10–12 months and includes competitive pay and incentives.

The role focuses on developing customer relationships, meeting office goals, and supporting recruitment and staff development, while promoting from within and providing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
