Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is launching a Management Trainee (MIT) Program designed to accelerate the path to Branch Manager and beyond.

The 9–12 month program blends on‑the‑job training across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR with mentorship and corporate development initiatives. Participants gain hands-on exposure in a multi-branch setting, with 50% training at each designated location and potential for rapid career progression in the building/landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within 2 semesters of graduation.
• Related work experience (2+ years) acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Must be able to relocate for training/promotions within the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
