Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program designed to fast‑track individuals into leadership roles within SRS Distribution/Heritage.

The 9–12 month program provides hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with mentorship and corporate development initiatives to prepare you for future leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating; degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Must relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, or military service valued.

Responsibilities

• Learn all facets of the business through on‑the‑job training and mentorship.
• Relocate for training and promotions across two branches. Two branches get ~50% each.
• Progress to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
