Job summary

Tower Loan is hiring a Manager Trainee for our on-site location. The program develops future leaders through hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations.

In 10–12 months, you'll gain exposure to recruitment, staff development, and leadership duties while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. A clear path to promotion within a growth-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties, including recruitment and staff development.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including delegation and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
