Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train trainees in customer service, sales, and branch operations. Over 10–12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience and advance toward leadership roles with competitive pay and incentives.

The program emphasizes development in finance, operations, and staff leadership while providing ongoing support and clear paths to promotion within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
