Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking motivated individuals to join our Manager Development Program. In 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

As a trainee, you will develop leadership skills, build customer relationships, and learn day-to-day management duties in a culture that promotes from within across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
