VIP is seeking a Manager-in-Training (MIT) to learn and apply VIP management processes, ensuring safe operations and exceptional customer experiences at their location. The MIT will support leadership in achieving VIP program standards and team execution to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, team development, scheduling, training coordination, and ongoing coaching to prepare the individual to lead a store team in alignment with VIP policies and standards.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Enforce safety policies as priority and complete safety training.
• 2. Learn VIP operations and how to lead an extraordinary team delivering a superior customer experience.
• 3. Hire and develop store associates, ensure LMS and vendor trainings completed, and oversee career development and certifications.
• 4. Schedule staff to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• 5. Communicate with the team through daily huddles and bi-monthly meetings.
• 6. Manage work orders and dispatch with first-available technician guideline.
• 7. Participate in off-site meetings and training as needed.
