You will help build an extraordinary team, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with management to execute VIP programs and standards across daily operations and customer interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Two-year college or technical program completed or equivalent.
• ASE certification P2 and G1 recommended; valid driver’s license required.

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a safe, high‑quality customer experience.
• Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation and maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with management to implement VIP programs and service standards.
