Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop the best associates in the area.
• Proper scheduling of the team for all operating hours.
• Communicate effectively with the team daily and in meetings.
• Coach and deliver training to educate customers about vehicle conditions and solutions.
• Distribute work orders to technicians per first-available policy.
• Attend off-site meetings and trainings as needed.
