Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring safe operations, executing VIP programs, and meeting service standards while developing a high-performing team. Essential duties include hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and maintaining facility and equipment to support customer needs across all operating hours.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority; follow safety policies and training.
• Learn VIP processes; build an extraordinary team and execute duties.
• Hire, develop, and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor training done.
• Schedule team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with team daily; conduct huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the service area and waiting area.
