• 1. Ensure workplace safety is priority #1 and report unsafe conditions.
• 2. Learn VIP's method to build an extraordinary team delivering a superior customer experience.
• 3. Learn VIP processes and be prepared to hire, develop and schedule the team, ensure LMS and vendor training compliance, and certify ASE readiness.
• 4. Manage daily communications, respond to emails, and coordinate customer appointments.
• 5. Train and support the 5 for 5 process with customers and guide technicians on work orders.
• 6. Attend off-site meetings and trainings as needed.
• 7. Maintain facility standards and housekeeping to meet safety and security requirements.
• 8. Enforce compliance with the service Code of Ethics and all regulations.
