Qualifications

• Safety policies and training are required.
• Hire and develop strong store associates and provide LMS and vendor training.
• Ensure certifications and compliance with company processes.

Responsabilités

• Hire the best associates in the area and develop a superior team.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Train and coach staff, deliver VIP processes, and communicate daily and in meetings.
• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Disseminate information to management and act as policy administrator at the location.
