Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop an effective automotive service team.
• Schedule the team to cover all hours of operation.
• Ensure LMS and vendor trainings are completed by staff.
• Maintain safety as Priority #1 and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with management and service desk for daily operations.
• Support and deliver the 5 for 5 process with customers.
