Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Beavercreek, OH is hiring a Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll drive store sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the La-Z-Boy selling process.

Training pay applies, with strong earning potential after ramp-up through base pay, commissions, and bonuses. Responsibilities include promoting design services, designing room solutions with the Design team, delivering a top customer experience, and keeping the showroom inviting.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to meet sales goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Schedule home consultations to design customized room solutions.
• Maintain showroom appearance and support store promotions and events.
• Open and close the store and manage daily records and deposits.
