Responsibilities

• Drives sales by selling furniture, accessories, and services.
• Contribute to store sales goals by meeting or exceeding targets.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to hit sales goals.
• Follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop relationships with customers and manage follow-up after sales.
