Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the Design program, and building lasting relationships with customers, using the La-Z-Boy selling process.

Training pay is $16 per hour for 2-6 weeks with no commissions; after training, base pay plus uncapped commissions can lead to an average annual earning of $35,000–$55,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Drives Sales and contribute to store sales goals.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designer to achieve goals.
• Follow La-Z-Boy selling process and provide excellent customer experience.
• Schedule deliveries and manage order information and payments.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge.
