Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals.
• Promotes the Design program and supports the Designer to achieve sales targets.
• Follows the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Builds relationships to create long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Schedules deliveries and coordinates with customers and store operations.
