Job summary

Expect training pay and potential annual earnings of $55,000–$75,000+ with uncapped commissions. This on-site role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for design.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred for growth.
• Strong communication, customer service and sales closing skills.
• Ability to learn La-Z-Boy products quickly and assist designers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designers to hit sales goals.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Maintain store appearance and manage orders, deposits, and logs.
