Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive furniture and design sales, delivering exceptional customer service and following the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will help customers explore design options and build long-term relationships.

The role offers training pay, potential earnings of $55,000–$75,000+ annually with uncapped commissions, and opportunities to collaborate with a Design Program and Designer. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous selling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to manage time and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to meet goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule and conduct home consultations and present design options.
• Maintain store visuals and assist with deliveries and orders.
