Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated sales associate to drive furniture and accessories sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll promote the Design program, assist a designer, and help create personalized room solutions for customers.

Training pays $18 per hour for 2–6 weeks with no commission. After training, base pay is $15 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with an annual earning potential of $35,000–$55,000+ depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales of furniture and accessories.
