Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet and engage customers, uncover home furnishings needs, and drive sales through a consultative approach. You will build rapport, discuss financing and protection plans, and help customers complete room designs with related products.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Ability to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
