Rooms To Go, America's largest furniture retailer, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and generate sales through a consultative approach to help customers realize their design visions.

As a team player with strong communication skills, you will explain financing and protection plans and work with colleagues to hit sales goals. Our role offers top-tier training and a comprehensive benefits package, plus generous commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills. Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
