Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a sales-oriented associate to drive store revenue through exemplary customer service and product knowledge. You will promote the Design program, assist the Designer, and follow the La-Z-Boy selling process to create lasting customer relationships.

Training pay starts at $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks with no commission; post-training base pay is $11/hour plus UNCAPPED commission (2%–6%) and a quarterly bonus up to $2,000, with average earnings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in selling and ability to close sales strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic POS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and contribute to store sales goals with furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to meet sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow La-Z-Boy selling process.
