Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Florida is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. You will drive store sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and the La-Z-Boy selling process, while building lasting customer relationships.

Training pay starts at $15/hour for 2-6 weeks, with average annual earnings $50,000–$70,000 after training, including base, bonus, and commission. Post-training pay includes base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and periodic bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.“

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Use the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule deliveries and manage orders; research customer payments and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
