La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated in Beavercreek, OH seeks a sales-oriented team member to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of La‑Z‑Boy products and design services.

You will promote the Design program, assist Designers, and follow the established selling process to create lasting client relationships. This role includes training pay, uncapped commissions, and a competitive total compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Initiative to meet goals and be motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist to achieve Design sales goals.
• Execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a favorable customer experience.
• Develop sales skills including approach, rapport, needs discovery, and closing.
• Maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Schedule professional home consultations for customized designs.
• Provide high level of customer service and follow-up.
• Lead and train peers on product knowledge and selling process.
