La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Sales Associate to drive store sales through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. You will apply the La-Z-Boy selling process, promote the Design program, and work with a Designer to present curated room designs.

The role includes scheduling consultations, managing orders, and maintaining customer records while contributing to store promotions and a team-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in selling and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate, build rapport, and positively influence.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities.
• Teamwork and adapt to store hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drives sales by selling furniture, accessories, and services offered by La-Z-Boy.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to achieve design sales goals.
• Execute and champion the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Schedule professional home consultations and present room designs.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
• Assist with store promotions and promotional programs.
• Complete orders, deposits, and maintain customer records.
