Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. You will promote the Design program and assist Designers to meet sales goals, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

• Drove store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to achieve goals.
