Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Mobile, AL is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will promote furniture, accessories, and design services, while building long-term customer relationships and mastering the La-Z-Boy selling process.

The role includes a training period at $18 per hour for 2-6 weeks, with average annual earnings of $40,000–$60,000+ after training, based on base pay, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
