Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Mobile, AL is seeking a Sales Associate to drive in-store furniture sales through outstanding customer service. You will learn the La-Z-Boy selling process, develop product knowledge, and help customers design their spaces.

Training pay starts at $18 per hour for 2-6 weeks with uncapped commissions once training completes; average earnings range $40,000 - $60,000+ including base, bonus, and commissions. 40-hour week, benefits info provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Follow the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develop customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Ensure accurate order information and timely delivery coordination.
